The children's rhinitis syrup newly released by Meiji Pharmaceutical Company in September 2013 can be taken by babies 3 months after birth. It is safe and effective.

Both the packaging and the bottle have Doraemon illustrations that children love.
Comes in strawberry flavor that kids love. Use safety lid to prevent accidental ingestion. Caffeine-free and contains herbal ingredients.
Can be taken until 15 years old.
Chlorpheniramine maleate is available in the d form, which does not make you drowsy.

Efficacy/effect
Relieve the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy head

Dosage
Take 3 times daily after each meal and before bed if necessary. In severe cases, the medication may be taken up to 6 times a day, approximately every 4 hours.
Over 11 years old and under 15 years old: 10mL each time
Ages 7 to under 11 years: 7.5mL each time
Over 3 years old and under 7 years old: 5mL each time
Over 1 year old and under 3 years old: 3.5mL each time
Over 6 months and under 1 year old: 3mL each time
Over 3 months and under 6 months: 2.5mL each time
Do not take this product for babies under 3 months old
