Meizan Premium Egg Noodles are made from high-quality wheat flour and fresh, quarantined chicken eggs. They are produced on an automated production line using modern technology that mimics the traditional hand-pulled noodle-making method, resulting in naturally chewy and delicious noodles that are safe for health. Instructions for Use:

1. Put the noodle bundle into boiling water. Boil for about 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking.

2. Remove the noodles and rinse with cold water, then drain well.

3. Add a small amount of vegetable oil and mix gently to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

For stir-fried dishes: Cook your choice of meat/seafood/vegetables. Then add the noodles and stir-fry until hot.
