Oh my God! I believed it would turn purple like picture outside the box but it turned completely black. How bored I was!

I really like this product because, it colors very well and gives enough sets to make, and 1 bag of fragrant and soft hair.

I ordered the pictured product on 4/17, order # 35817059, & another product was delivered. I offered to return the wrong product. Weee told me to keep it and would refund $12.49 to me, case # 100463553. I just reviewed my April credit card statement. There was only the charge of my 4/17 order and no refund up to 5/7. Weee already closed my refund case. I like to know where they refunded it to? Weee used to be better and quick response when I lived in SF. After I moved to Sacramento, their over all service and response time are just slow and terrible. I will definitely not use Weee for my online order moving forward. Weee, if you are reading this, refund me like you promised. Don’t play game.

Comes out as a darkish brown with a purple tint! Ive bleached my hair before and dyed it on light brown hair
