The set includes three ingredients: a richly flavorful "Ingredient Stock" made with beef stock and carrots; a "Buchimgae Flour" made with a blend of wheat flour, glutinous rice flour, and eggs for a chewy texture; and a "Condiment Sauce" with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and aromatic herbs. Easily make enough for two buchimgae in a frying pan, enjoying a crispy outside and a chewy inside.
