This quick and easy spicy udon with vegan beef seitan only takes less than 15mins.
1 scallion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, sliced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated 1 pack of udon 1/2 pack #naturessoy vegan beef
For the Sauce: 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp gochujang paste sauce 1/4 tbsp honey 1/3 tbsp mirin 1/3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Put all sauce ingredients together and mix well.
Place the udon into boiled water for about 3mins and set to the side.
Put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and turn to medium heat. add udon, garlic, scallion, ginger, and stir-fried for about 3 mins.
Add the mixed sauce and cook for about another 3 mins. Enjoy the tasty and delicious stir-fried vegan beef udon.
