곱게 다져 있어서 사용하기 넘 편하고 좋아요. 평평하게 펼쳐 초콜릿 모양 낸 다음 필요할 만큼만 사용해요.

So convenient to have this product! Lemongrass can be difficult to chop by hand. And time consuming! I cut the package into 16 squares. So, that is less than one ounce per piece. Used in a large recipe with veggies, ground pork, and rice cake. Subtle hint of lemongrass. More could've been used. I will have to play around with the quantity.

Try it today, it smells good, but I think they used young lemongrass, it looks bright green
