How to Use
- Twist out an appropriate amount of the pencil lead (1-2mm recommended), start from the cupid's bow and gently outline the delicate lip -line along the lip edge
- For a plump lip look, fill the lips with the pencil from the lip line inward as a lip base
- Pair with OIAD Peel-off Lip Tint/Clear Glow Oil: draw the lip line first to set the makeup, then layer with lip tint/lip oil to enhance the layering of lip makeup
- Twist the lead back after use, close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dry place
