Very happy to be able to use this vegetable which I have never found fresh in any grocery store in the US. One star taken off for the amount of root ends that needed to be trimmed after defrosting.

This is really good quality. Still needs careful washing. But the flavor is very good.

Great for making wontons, added with pork and mushroom, love the flavor and one pack was perfect to pair with 2lbs of pork
