My no.1 Korean instant noodles. The noodles is chewy and not too soft even if I cooked too long. I always cook this ramen and added mushroom, some veggies (malabar spinach, morning glory, etc.) and add shrimp or meatballs. This could also taste really good when making dried noodle dish (Boiled the noodles and drained the soup out, added some ramen powder from the ramen package) with some fried eggs. This is an excellent dish for late night hungers.
