Cooking Direction
Deep Frying:
1. Preheat oil to 340℉ and deep Fry a frozen fritter for 10~13 minutes in oil temperature of 340℉.
2. Rest for 2~3 Minutes and serve.
Pan Frying:
1. Preheat oil to 340℉ with enough big and deep size of the pan.
2. Deep Fry a frozen fritter soaked more than a half and fry for 12~15 minutes in oil temperature of 340℉.
3. Fry each side 2~3 times for golden brown colors.
4. Rest 2~3 Minutes and serve.
