I really like this type of pickled radish because it has thick flesh. This is my first time buying it and I haven’t used it yet, so I don’t know if it’s salty or not. I hope it’s delicious. If so, I’ll buy more.

Salted radish definitely needed to rinse them off before cooking. Tasted good, a bit sweet and salted. Crunchy texture and goes really well with scrambled eggs.
