Plantation Quail- All Natural Frozen 18 oz

It looks okay, but it's a bit hairless and needs some treatment.

This is my first time buying a product from this brand, and I hope I won't be disappointed.

It tastes great baked, but next time I want to try making soup with it.

All four were clean, intact, and well-packaged. I've already bought two more boxes.

I usually buy packs of six, but a pack of four seems a bit larger on average, so I bought this to try it out. I received a box that was frozen solid—thank you. After thawing, I found the quails were very small, and the feathers weren't cleaned very well. The factory processing must have been quite rough; two of them had large cuts on their backs, the skin and meat were practically separated, and they were almost falling apart. I planned to make stuffed quails for a party—but after deboning, stuffing them with ingredients might be a problem… I'll have to figure out a way to wrap them properly. Based on this experience, I doubt I'll repurchase.
