1.Prepare the Ingredients: Wash 250-300g of meat and slice it into pieces. Place in a bowl, add 10g of the seasoning packet, and mix well. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
2.Start Cooking: Heat a small amount of oil in a wok or pan. Stir-fry an appropriate amount of bean sprouts or baby bok choy until cooked, then transfer to a serving bowl. Add 500g of water to the wok, pour in the seasoning packet, and bring to a boil. Add the marinated meat slices and cook until done. Transfer the meat and broth to the bowl.
3.Finish the Dish: Sprinkle the dry seasoning packet over the meat. Heat 100g of oil in the wok until it reaches 80% heat (about 180°C/350°F), then carefully pour the hot oil over the meat. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
