I made a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based stew with this product, daikon radish and boiled eggs. By simmering it in a pressure cooker, the bones became tender, and the meat was juicy and not too greasy. I'll definitely make this again!

These are great for making soups. Be sure to cook it longer till it's soft.
