Outside layers are flaky and inside is stuffed. The meat flavor is better than the other pork moon cake sold on Weee! (Local delivery in my area). Some fat but not too bad.

Okay. I have never had mooncakes before, so this is purely subjective. They had a good quantity of lean mean inside the pastry. I heated them up in the toaster oven, but the pastry did not become crispy. The filling was rather bland - it could have used more pepper and perhaps some soy sauce. I would likely not get these again.
