Preserved Pork with Cauliflower

Great flavor. Lot of chili’s in there so I picked some of the red ones out before I heated it though and there was still a good amount of low heat from it.

A little spicy, but delicious

I studied it for a long time but still couldn't figure out why the cauliflower was black. In the end, I didn't eat it. I can't experiment with my own health.

There’s more bacon than cauliflower, but it’s still delicious.

The cauliflower is covered with moldy black spots, which is quite scary.

There is a lot of bacon and a little bit of cauliflower, so it tastes good!
