Great diet food! Substitutes so well for any noodle food.

not a huge fan of the texture but it’s extra protein and easy to use. a bit expensive so if it’s on sale again, i will buy it

Excited to try in. stirfry. Healthier than eating regular noodles

I bought this for two reasons. One is that I love tofu and the other is that this seems healthier than the regular noodles made out of flour.

Best for dieting and decreasing carb intake.
