今回は伝統行事に必要で買いました。普段は絹ごしLoveです。 行事で余った豆腐は味噌汁に入れようと思ってます。

I like that it is organic. Flavor is also much better than any other tofu on the market. I ordered two and was closed to expiring so I was a little disappointed, but this is a Weee issue not the product itself.
