This ramen replicates the soy sauce Soba of “Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta,” the world's first ramen restaurant to win a star in the Michelin Guide's Ramen category.

It has a light flavor with condensed seafood flavor and thin, chewy noodles made of Japanese wheat.
Enjoy this luxurious dish at home with the extract of “truffle” that is synonymous with Tsuta.

How to Make
1. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
2.  Dissolve the soup sauce in a bowl with 250 cc of hot water.
3. When the noodles are finished boiling, drain the water well, and pour it into a bowl of soup.
