About the Product
The noodles are thin noodles fried in 100% vegetable oil and fat.
The soup is a cloudy white pork bone broth characteristic of Hakata tonkotsu ramen, with a light, refreshing taste.
Seasoning oil, which is a combination of pork back oil and lard, sesame oil, etc., is added separately, as well as two pieces of roasted pork and sliced sesame seeds.
