the texture Is like a spongie not sure but it's soft not to break in pieces though, doesn't taste like red velvet tastes like the original cake.

Looks just like the photo! I’ve never had this type of red velvet before. It’s a different flavor, not a bad flavor. It tastes fresh, normally cakes in the USA are dense, very heavy and packed with creams, and frostings. This was light, like a cloud, more on the thicker side, but it was good. Can’t wait to try this again with coffee or tea
