These bell peppers are really red, red & fresh. I noticed bell pepper in other stores ㅡ half of them are faded red, almost ugly orange color.
I use these as substitute for red chilli pepper when making kimchi.
It comes out very refreshing taste and not spicy. So kids can eat better.
