I don't doubt Weee!'s freshness and caretaking of products. I've heard and seen only good things from the consumers and workers. The mochi's were not made well. I tried them chilled as the instructions wanted. I tried them room temperature. I tried them warm. They were all "chunky" like eating unevenly cooked dough. It does not taste like mochi and green tea. I thought I was wrong for a second; so, I read other people's reviews. It points to a manufacturing/production/packing problem? I forsure never will buy this brand from the PHL, I didn't know mochi can be messed up. Hard. I saw the water condensation in the bag and I already suspected..

The texture is not mochi at all. I don’t know if it’s just like or if they failed the storage, but I can barely taste the sticky rice texture. Also the matcha flavors not that strong either
