Scalded Beef Omasum Tripe for Hot Pot 130 g

The frozen tripe was nicely sliced and cooked easily in a hot pot. There just isn’t a lot of tripe for what you pay for. It would be cheaper to buy tripe and prep it yourself.

Cooked it during hotpot dinner. It was very fresh, this is my 2nd time ordering it. Will for sure order again!

Pretty good—tripe is presliced thinly and tender after broiling. I followed the instructions on the package and it turned out great. No bad smell either! It was great in hot pot and pho!
