Worst item I ever purchased on weee. Very sweet, even sweeter than squirrel fish, and totally different from the taste of braised fish in fermented black bean sauce.

The package seal arrived broken, sauce spilled everywhere. It was messy. Not sure where’s the broken link, delivery person didn’t handle with care or package team overly packed stuff on top caused seal to be broken in. Fish was dry and whatever left-over sauce tasted salty. Most likely won’t repurchase.

The fish was fried, and then cooked on low heat for ten minutes with cabbage and tofu, but the fish was still dry and hard, and it felt like there was very little fish meat. Will not order again!
