Returns & Refunds:

Refunds or returns will not be accepted due to chocolate melting, logistics delays caused by the pandemic or holidays, or the product being past its best-by date upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please be aware that Rokkatei’s factory in Japan sets a shelf life of approximately 10 days. Due to international shipping, items may arrive as short-dated products.
• Confirm your delivery address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or other customer-related factors.
• Please read the product page carefully before ordering. Place your order only if you fully accept the terms.
• This product belongs to the “exception category” and is not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period under consumer protection laws.

Shelf Life & Delivery

Due to the short shelf life of this product, we will place a custom order with the manufacturer for the latest batch (estimated preparation time: 5-7 days).
We default to shipping via EMS or DHL. Please provide your full name in English and correct shipping address, and complete the required Ezway real-name authentication process via text message to avoid delays.
Once dispatched from Hokkaido, delivery is expected within 4-5 days.
In cases of holidays, weather disruptions, or failure to complete real-name registration (Ezway), we are not responsible for delivery delays. Please consider carefully before ordering.
