I made Vietnamese banh canh with the konjac udon noodles. The noodles have the same appearance and slippery texture as udon but because it’s made from konjac, it has more of a crunch than chew compared to normal noodles. It’s still pretty good though snd can satisfy a noodle craving.

Existing Japanese or Chinese konjac noodles were annoying because the smell remained in the food unless they were boiled in vinegar water. Hard to swallow.. a little too thick

Cook it in a hot pot as an ingredient~ The konjac noodle itself is very thick, but I probably won’t repurchase it, I think the portion is a bit small
