this salt has a great flavor along with the fact that when cooking with this salt it dissoles really well into your meal. yes this is a coarse salt but its a good one. I will be reordering this salt again.

I bought two packs; the eggs are large, and I plan to use them to pickle salted duck eggs.

It's a huge bag, but the salt grains are a bit coarse; you need to control the amount you use, otherwise it will be too salty.
