Comes frozen but not vacuum-packed. Packaging needs to be improved (make sure it's in vacuum-sealed package to maintain fish freshness and quality during delivery). It's good this fish comes cleaned and gutted. Use straight from the pack. Steam-bake the fish in the oven - taste fresh and delicious.

Very good quality and arrived frozen. The fish was cleaned well, rinsed slightly and ready to cook. Enough for a meal for two. It can be braised or steamed. The texture of the meat is okay. Will repurchase often.

The scales and internal organs are very clean, and the pan-fried is fresh, sweet and delicious! Will repurchase again!
