I just received my Frozen WHELK MEAT nicely packaged it looks like I got 20 pieces which is very nice they look good I'll let you know how they taste when I decide to eat them

I haven't had welk in many years. They look wonderful, can't wait to make green papaya salad with welk.

My favourite way to eat this is with a slice of lemon - rind included! A tiny bit of soy sauce and wasabi - perfection! Love the crunch.
