 Pan Fried

Ingredients:

Halibut Steak, Butter, Lemon, Black Pepper, Garlic

Directions:

1、Defrost fish and pat dry.

2、Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3、Melt butter in pan, saute garlic, then put in fish 

until both sides golden.

 

 Steamed Halibut 

Ingredients:

Halibut, Cooking wine, salt, ginger, 

red pepper, scallion, fish soy sauce 

Directions:

1、Season halibut with salt and let sit for 30 minites


2、Place halibut in place, top with ginger, scallion, red pepper,

and steam for 5 minutes.


3、Season steamed fish with fish soy sauce, then splash with hot oil.
