Not bad for frozen. Meat was still pretty tender

So easy and convenient; delivered yesterday frozen, thawed in the fridge overnight; prepared with julienned ginger and scallions; steamed 10mins; came out perfect! Texture is so good!

Very fresh! Will buy again!

Haven’t tried yet, but disappointed at the ingredients. Turned out preservatives were added to the fish.
