Shichifuku Brewery's "Shiitake-Scented Organic White Dashi" (360ml) is an organic white dashi made with plenty of dried organic shiitake mushrooms from Oita Prefecture, meticulously bringing out the umami flavor. It's based on Japan's only JAS-certified organic white soy sauce, made with organic wheat and soybeans. Its nearly transparent amber color preserves the color and flavor of the ingredients, adding a refined depth to dishes. Made without artificial seasonings or preservatives, it's crafted with simple ingredients for a gentle flavor, making it versatile for a wide range of dishes, from Japanese simmered dishes and clear soups to chawanmushi and udon noodle soup.
