Shirakiku Sanukiya Udon Bowl, Curry 7.17 oz

This brand always does udon noodles right. The curry, however, is underwhelming for Japanese curry. The original and bonito versions are much better. Quail eggs pictured are not included.

Tasty and easy to make. I threw in some braised porkbelly and a boiled egg for lunch!

The noodles are thick, chewy, and satisfying. The flavor has a strong curry taste. It's not too spicy but has a good kick. It was very easy to prepare(instructions on package). I paired it with curry fish dumplings and a curry fish ball. It all paired well together with the common curry theme. The only con is that this product gave my tongue a weird numbing tingly sensation. I've never experienced that before and I didn't like it. .
