I bought two products with Beauty Ezential. I told them that one of the item which was the shiseido hair mask was not sealed or wrapped properly when it came. The bottle was opened before by someone else. It was not sealed. All they did was dodging their responsibility and never gave me any resolution or empathy. This product was expensive and their communication upset me. I bought a lot of products with Beauty Ezential before. This is when I lose my trust. I’m cutting my respect for this shop
