Features a century-old technique of "4-layer wrapping." Artisans hand-wrap the soy milk skin layer by layer onto wooden rods—one more layer than standard processes—resulting in a thicker, meatier texture.
Premium Middle Section
We strictly select only the thickest, middle section of the bean curd stick, discarding the ends. This ensures every bite is plump, tender, and packed with flavor.
Hollow Core, Ultimate Absorption
