Building on the beautifully balanced sweet, sour, and salty flavor of their best-selling ponzu, Goto Soy Sauce has created the perfect condiment for those looking to add a little spice to their favorite Japanese dishes. Made with yuzu juice and yuzu kosho, this unique sauce is infused with the citrus taste of yuzu and the tantalizing spice of chili peppers. The soy sauce and brewed vinegar base is lightly sweetened with hon mirin (sweet rice wine) and enriched with a selection of umami-rich ingredients including bonito shavings, kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms, giving it a well-rounded depth of flavor.

For over 110 years Goto Soy Sauce has used its unique manufacturing methods to produce delicious soy sauce. Since its founding in 1913, the company has worked hard to help preserve the traditional taste of Kyushu’s sweet, umami-rich soy sauce. In recent years the company’s manufacturing has expanded to also include additive-free miso, ponzu, dashi, dressings, and more.

Suggested uses: This versatile sauce pairs beautifully with pork, chicken, beef, and grilled fish dishes. It also makes a wonderful dipping sauce for hot pot, shabu-shabu, yakiniku, dumplings, and even fried chicken. Try adding it to tofu, oysters, salads, and hot vegetables for a refreshing touch of spice and tangy flavor.
