Sunlit Dumpling Bulgogi 13 oz

I kinda browned them too much but they were pretty good. It’s actually great just boiled when I make noodles so that’s actually more convenient. Very plump. More filling than other dumplings even though there’s no .. meat.

I make these the lazy way in air fryer, not even flipping as stated in directions- they still turn out fine at 350 for 11 min. Wrapper is thick and sturdy so it doesn't fall apart. They are tasty with dip, plain without. I make a simple chili garlic soy w/gochugaru, minced clove, rice vinegar, and tiny pinch sugar. Even being plant based, I enjoy these and don't miss the meat. They are not greasy and feel healthy to eat. Perfect quick snack or meal, or addition to ramen!

Nice imitation bulgogi filling, smoky. The skin was also sturdy.

I just steam it for eight minutes, it is quick and easy to cook. The taste is flavorful like grill meat. I really like it.
