Delicious in curry

Came well packaged and frozen, the container was full of meat. However after defrosting, the meat pulls apart and does not have any strength or integrity. It is thinly sliced but had very minimal lamb flavor and felt dry. There are much better sliced lamb options. Picture taken of remaining meat after eating one meal of hot pot.

The meat is so tender.Pretty good! Highly recommend this for hot pot, etc.
