Good quality tofu with a mild soybean flavor. Keeps its shape better than silken tofu in dishes. However, I still prefer the texture of silken tofu.

Perfect tofu to make “Agadashi tofu” dish! The tofu has good texture and flavor. The important thing is the tofu didn’t fall apart easily. So it was very to handle when deep fried. Highly recommend.
