Delicious, this is a sweet corner, a little sour

The fruit is very fresh. No mold or damaged fruit. Beautifully boxed. Clean. Tamarind has more sour flesh than sweet. I tried 10 fruits and got 2 as sweet as Thai tamarind in Vietnam. The remaining 8 fruits are sour, so they have to be salted and peppered to reduce the sourness. I think it will take 2-3 more days for tamarind to ripen, it will be sweeter. I bought 3 boxes this time. I think it's okay to buy again
