Special made fermentated butter made in local French

All the butter were produced in Bretagne area in west-north France. Were made by SILL Entreprises. Combined with banana puree, it would turns into a kind of banana butter which has a luxurious feel and high quality flavor.

Triple blend sugar

The gateau rusk used three types of blend sugar which is very suitable for French rusk and was TOKYO BANANA's secret recipe. To bake the rusk golden colored and crispy, the sugar need to be baked carefully.
