Features:
Made entirely from Taiwanese ingredients grown through contract farming with local farmers. Cultivated using safe farming methods, the outer red bran layer is specially retained during harvesting and milling, making it richer in nutrients and natural fiber—hence the name "Red Job’s Tears."
How to Consume:
Rinse the Job’s Tears thoroughly and soak in water for about 2 to 4 hours until the center can be broken with a fingernail. Add water and cook for about 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste for either sweet or savory preparations.
