For the delicious glutinous rice and large intestine, put it in the air fryer and bake at 360 degrees for 4 minutes. Turn it over and bake for another 4 minutes. The outer skin is crispy and the filling is soft, especially the peanuts.

I’ve never had this kind of sticky rice sausage before but I liked them! They’re encased in real (and thick!) pork intestine; I’ve only ever had the type with a very thin casing. Delicious after pan frying!

Taste is not bad, but this is nothing like Taiwanese rice sausage. Skin is too thick and doesn’t even have the sausage-like curved shape of traditional rice sausage. Was hoping to make 大腸包小腸 but this isn’t going to work :(
The one nice thing is that if air fried, the skin has a nice crispiness to it.

Absolutely would repurchase! The taste is very fragrant and easy to cook. Just put it in steamer and dip with some sauce. I thought the intestine smell would be overbearing but it was cleansed very well
