Beef is tender, as some reviews stated that this dish is sweet. I just didn’t expect it to be THAT SWEET! It’s like eating a desert, for heaven’s sake’s!
I stir-fried onions and Taiwan cabbage, hoping they could cut down the sweet taste, to no avail. I had to add lots of soy sauce to balance out the intense sweet taste.
I wonder if the restaurant can be persuaded to use less sugar ?????,
