Steam Heating:
1.Add the appropriate amount of water in the steamer.
2.Place frozen product in the steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Pan-Frying/Grilling/BBQ:
1.Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in frying pan on medium heat.
2.Place product on to the pan and cook at medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Since capacity for steamers,ovens and grills vary,the above cooking suggestions are standard guidelines. The end product after cooking must reach internal temperature of 166℉ or above and be measured by the use of a food thermometer.
