This was too fermented & sour for my taste. Ira very potent, I prefer their Napa cabbage ones instead of the green onions

Being Korean a staple in the fridge is always at least two different types of kimchi. I love green onion kimchi and Twins does a pretty good job with flavor profile, using medium to large size green onions and spice level is perfect. A must have in fridge.
