About Ramen:
This is a collaborative product with the popular ramen shop “Kobaya” in Fukushima Prefecture. “Kobaya” is a mill that has been in operation for over 130 years. The fifth-generation owner has meticulously researched milling and noodle making, resulting in a blend of domestically-produced whole wheat flour made from stone-ground milling, featuring niboshi (dried sardine) Chuka Soba.
