legit matcha from itohkyuemon (an uji tea house). makes a really solid matcha latte. finding this on here was a hidden gem!

The best matcha I’ve ever bought. This matcha is a bright and vibrant color. The taste is not at all bitter. I am so surprised by the quality of this matcha. Most matcha is very expensive, but this matcha is extremely affordable and incredibly high quality. The packaging is also very fancy and comes with a letter with instructions.

I just made a cup of matcha, and it turns out it has added sugar. It's not marked, so I won't be repurchasing it.

I don't know if this matcha powder is already sweet so it can only be used for drinking and can't be used for anything other than making desserts. I probably won't buy it again.
