It features a rich flavor achieved by squeezing only the tastiest parts from the richly flavored mash, using minimal brewing water. It uses traditional "Umi no Sei" sea salt, and is free of artificial seasonings and colorings, making it safe to use. Its mellow, deep flavor and rich aroma make it suitable for a wide variety of dishes, including simmered dishes, drizzling sauces, and stir-fries. It is recommended to refrigerate after opening.
